Had the most wonderful trip to Japan this year, including a 'magic moment' on Lake Ashi when Mt Fuji appeared out of the clouds - amazing. Reliving the memory via this webcam. Please can we have control of the camera for longer than 20 seconds? It's so frustrating not to have long enough to position it then enjoy the view.

I visited Hakone and Lake Ashi four years ago and since then I have looked at your webcams almost every day. The Hakone website is one of my top three favourite webcam sites in the whole world. Hakone is a most interesting and very beautiful place and I hope to return for another visit next year. Thank you.
